Immersed in the Venetian countryside, our point of sale is located in Cavallino Treporti, surrounded by our cultivated fields.

Our land is in the heart of Venice’s lagoon where the soil and air enjoy the saline properties of the lagoon, consisting of the blend of the sweet river water and the salty (brackish) water of the sea. Water that is renewed every day due to the effect of the currents and tides, just as every day its effect on the soils that are the vegetable gardens of Venice has been different every day. A natural, unspoiled environment, a lagoon rich in history, art and traditions, fruit and vegetables with a unique flavour, this is what distinguishes Cavallino-Treporti, the coast between the sea and the lagoon.
