Our history
The Azienda Agricola Valleri has been specialising in growing, processing and packaging aromatic herbs, fourth range salads, fresh and dried vegetables, since 1957. With an unchanged passion, today like yesterday.
Its production has increased from year to year. The aromatic plants are now also sold in practical packaging obtained through modern packaging systems, just like the vegetables which are available in the form of ready-to-eat products (indicated as 2nd, 4th and 5th range).
Another cornerstone of the company philosophy is KM0. Why? Because a short supply chain is the best way to enjoy fruit and vegetables and because the geographical connotation is the distinctive brand of Valleri products. If what is produced is so good it is thanks to the particular environmental conditions of Cavallino Treporti, a coastline with unique features, a golden coast between the sea and the lagoon.
Precisely from the need for a range of products devoted to local quality come the PRODOTTI DEL PARCO (products of the park), a brand associated with the KM0 philosophy for fresh produce…. Made in Cavallino Treporti!
Given the innate tourist vocation of the coastline, the company also makes a range of vegetable preserves and jams with extra fruit made by hand to give visitors (mainly foreign visitors, particularly from German speaking countries) the chance to take home the fruit and vegetables from Cavallino-Treporti, a piece of the flavours of the area and of their holiday.
The top quality products of the company Valleri now also include the brand Veggy Snack, based on fruit and vegetables dried naturally and packaged without the addition of preservatives and colourings, not fried and gluten free.
